These are the questions we get asked most — you might find your answer here.

No — we assess your installation remotely from photos of your consumer unit and proposed charger location. Most customers get a confirmed price within 24 hours without anyone visiting first.
We cover West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and South London. If you're unsure whether we reach your postcode, just drop us a WhatsApp and we'll confirm straight away.
Typically within 3–7 days of your booking being confirmed. We'll WhatsApp you within 48 hours of receiving your photos to confirm your price and lock in a date.
Just two — your consumer unit (fuse box) with the cover open, and the wall where you'd like the charger mounted. Phone photos are perfect. You can send them via WhatsApp or email.
Yes — once we've confirmed your price and you're happy to proceed, we take a 10% deposit via WhatsApp to secure your installation date. The remainder is due on the day of installation.
